Left: Alex Lowe and myself are dropped off for a day's stroll along the Penola Straits. The new line on Mt. Scott is the central couloir on the south face.

Centre: Alex in a rare position as ‘second'.

Right: On the summit. A speedy 9 hours from shore to shore, but that was with the 'Alex factor'.
